The 5-Day Reinvention Courage Challenge is a free email series that helps you get honest about where you are, clear about where you want to go, and moving — with real momentum — toward the next version of yourself.

But it's more than prompts and inspiration.

Each day builds on the last, drawing from the core methodology I use with clients in my signature program, From Waiting to Creating. By Day 5, you'll have named what you've been postponing, dismantled the stories that have kept you stuck, and mapped a picture of your life six months from now — specific enough to begin moving toward it.

This isn't about blowing up your life. It's about finally listening to the version of yourself you've been putting off — and giving her a real path forward.

Here's What You'll Experience Over 5 Days:

Day 1: Name What You've Been Postponing
You'll put words to the version of yourself you've been putting off — and get honest about how you've been keeping her small. No judgment. Just the truth you already know but maybe haven't said out loud yet.

Day 2: Prove to Yourself This Is Real
You'll do something most people skip entirely: treat this as serious by giving it actual time in an actual day. You'll find 15 minutes, protect them, and use them to take one real step. The commitment is the potential. The doing is the act of power.

Day 3: Clear the Five Blocks That Are Actually Stopping You
You'll listen to a short audio I recorded for this challenge that walks you through the five most common things that keep capable women from moving forward — and how to start dissolving them. Then you'll write yourself the permission slip you've been waiting for someone else to give you.

Day 4: Why You're Already Qualified
We're going to dismantle the "not ready yet" story directly. You'll learn why the experience, perspective, and hard-won wisdom you already have is exactly what qualifies you for this — and you'll write a personal declaration that makes that real.

Day 5: Your Life Six Months From Now
You'll imagine your reinvention has taken shape — and you'll write it down specifically enough to feel the difference. Then I'll show you the clearest next step to get there, including an invitation to take this work deeper with me..

The whole series takes 10–15 minutes per email, with three optional 15-minute appointments you'll set with yourself. That's it.

On Day 5, I'll introduce you to From Waiting to Creating, my 6-month signature coaching program where we turn this momentum into an actual roadmap.

Why This Challenge? And Why Me?

I'm Judy Fine, and I've spent nearly two decades helping women reclaim a sense of purpose and direction — particularly women who are in the middle of a significant life transition and can feel that something needs to change, but aren't sure yet what it is or how to get there.

I've been exactly where you are.

They're patterns, usually rooted in specific chapters of your life, that made sense once and are quietly running the show long past their expiration date. Frequently Asked Questions:

"I don't have time for this right now." Each email takes 10–15 minutes. If you genuinely feel you don't have 15 minutes to give to your own future, that's worth examining — and this challenge will help you see why, and what that's been costing you.

"What if I sign up and don't follow through?" No penalty. The emails will be there whenever you're ready. But I'll say this: the women who show up for all five days are always surprised by what shifts — even in a short time.

"Will you try to sell me something?" On Day 5, I'll tell you about my coaching and offer you a discounted introductory session. You can say yes, no, or "not now." There's no pressure. The challenge is genuinely valuable whether we ever work together or not.

"Is this for people in a creative field?" Not specifically. Reinvention looks different for everyone — a career pivot, a lifestyle overhaul, a new business, a passion pursued seriously for the first time.
