FROM WAITING TO CREATING
A 6-Month Reinvention Program for Women who are done waiting and ready to start creating an exciting new stage.
You know something needs to change. This is the structure, support, and roadmap to make it happen.
Is This You?
✓ Your life works—but it doesn't quite light you up, and you sense something important got left behind.
✓ You're in a major transition — career shift, empty nest, a chapter that's closing — and you want someone in your corner as you figure out what comes next.
✓ You've spent years being who everyone needed you to be, and now you're ready to rediscover who you actually are - and build toward her.
✓ You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe even taken a challenge or two. You know something needs to shift. But knowing and doing are two different things.
✓ You don't want to blow up your life. You want to stop postponing the version of it that feels like yours.
If even one of these landed, keep reading.
The Quiet Cost of Waiting.
You've been telling yourself someday for years now. Someday I'll make that change. Someday I'll pursue that thing. Someday I'll take myself seriously.
Here's what most people don't realize: waiting isn't neutral.
Every day you tell yourself "someday," you pay a small tax on your happiness. A low-grade dimming of your light. That restlessness you feel? That's the bill coming due.
And awareness alone doesn't fix it.
You don't need another book. Another podcast. Another challenge that stirs something up and then fades. You need three things most programs never give you:
- Real inner work — not just naming what you want, but understanding why you learned to minimize it in the first place, and clearing that pattern at the source.
- A personalized roadmap — specific to your life, your transition, your next chapter. Not generic frameworks.
- Sustained support — someone in your corner when motivation fades, life gets complicated, and the old patterns try to pull you back.
That's what From Waiting to Creating provides.
What Makes This Program Different?
The Many-Selves Approach.
Most coaching puts all its focus on Future You — build a vision, set goals, take action. That matters. But there's a step most coaches skip.
You can't fully step into who you're becoming while unresolved parts of who you've been are still running the show.
The women I work with are smart, capable, and self-aware. They don't lack vision. What they have are patterns — often rooted in specific earlier chapters of their lives — that quietly undercut their momentum every time they try to move forward. The Perfectionist who won't start until conditions are perfect. The Practical Adult who shuts down anything that doesn't have a guaranteed outcome. The voice that says it's too late, or that wanting more is somehow ungrateful.
My Many-Selves methodology addresses those patterns directly — not by dwelling in the past, but by understanding it well enough to stop letting it drive. Then we design your strongest, clearest Future Self and build a real roadmap to become her.
This isn't just visualization. This is identity-level transformation — and it works.
From Waiting to Creating: What's Included?
- 24 Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions. Structured but flexible — we adapt to what you need, when you need it. Some weeks focus on the inner work when it surfaces. Some weeks focus on strategy, planning, and action.
- The Many-Selves Integration Process. My proprietary methodology for understanding what's been keeping you stuck, making peace with the patterns that drove it, and designing your next chapter intentionally — with the full weight of everything you've lived behind you.
- A Personalized Reinvention Roadmap. Built specifically for your transition — whether that's a career pivot, a lifestyle redesign, a long-delayed pursuit finally taken seriously, or a "second act" that finally feels like yours.
- Deep Work on Your Real Blocks. Impostor syndrome. Perfectionism. The "too late" belief. Guilt about wanting more. Fear of being seen. We don't work around these — we work through them.
- Frameworks and Tools You'll Use Long After We're Done. Decision-making processes, boundary-setting strategies, resilience practices — tools that extend far beyond our six months together.
- Email Support Between Sessions. When something comes up between calls, I'm here.
What Your Reinvention Looks Like.
Every From Waiting to Creating client completes something meaningful that represents the next version of themselves. That might be:
- A career pivot — researched, planned, and initiated with real momentum
- A major lifestyle redesign (relocation, relationship restructuring, how you spend your time)
- A long-delayed pursuit finally pursued seriously — a business, a practice, a project that's been waiting
- A sustainable second act, designed and launched with intention
- The simple but profound shift of finally living a life that feels aligned with who you actually are
The point isn't perfection. The point is that six months from now, you won't just be thinking about your next chapter. You'll be living it.

Why Work With Me?
I know what it's like to look at your life and feel like the version of it you want is still out of reach — and to wonder if you've waited too long to go after it.
My own reinvention wasn't early or linear. I spent years navigating the gap between who I was and who I knew I could be, figuring out not just what I wanted to build but what was in the way of building it. I had to unlearn old patterns, push through the voice that said "who are you to want this?" — and figure out how to create a life that was both deeply fulfilling and sustainable in the real world.
That journey is why my coaching works the way it does. I understand the inner work and the practical work — because I've had to do both. I'm not coaching from theory. I'm coaching from the other side of the exact terrain you're navigating.
I've been doing this work with clients since 2007. I've helped women move through career transitions, identity shifts, creative reinventions, and the particular kind of restlessness that comes when a chapter closes and the next one hasn't fully revealed itself yet.
If you want a coach who meets you exactly where you are, understands what it means to reinvent yourself later in life, and takes both your inner life and your real-world goals seriously — you're in the right place.

Frequently Asked Questions
"What if I'm not sure what my end project should be?"
That's totally normal. Part of our work together is getting that clarity. You don't need to have it all figured out before we start—you just need to know you want something to be different.
"I'm really busy. How much time does this require?"
Between sessions, you'll be asked to spend time on "homework," which generally includes things like writing prompts, keeping a log, research, or other things pertaining to our work together. There is no set curriculum or amount of time, but you can expect anywhere from 45 minutes to a couple of hours each week, in addition to your weekly sessions (60-75 minutes).
"What happens if I need to reschedule a session?"
Life happens. We work around it. As long as you give reasonable notice, we'll find another time that works.
"Is there a guarantee?"
I can't guarantee specific outcomes—your transformation depends on your commitment and effort. But I can guarantee that if you show up fully, do the work, and trust the process, you will not be the same person six months from now.
"What if I'm not sure it's right for me after the discovery session?" You can opt to purchase a single additional session at regular price to explore further before committing to the full program. The discovery session exists precisely to help you make that call with confidence.
"What does 'reinvention' mean here - does this apply if I'm not making a dramatic change?" Yes. Reinvention doesn't require a dramatic external change. For some, it's a career pivot. For others, it's finally pursuing something they've delayed for years, or restructuring their daily life to feel aligned rather than just managed. If you feel the gap between the life you're living and the one you want, that's what this work is for.
"Do you offer payment plans?"
Yes. Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm offer payment options you can explore at checkout.

The version of your life you keep imagining is not a someday project. It's a six-month one.
