The Confidence Incubator: A 3-month (12 session) package. In 12 sessions, we unearth the you that’s been buried beneath doubt, negative conditioning, and other self-limiting beliefs, so we can get clear on what she needs and how to let her thrive.
The Confidence Cultivator: A 6-month (24 session) package. With the clarity gained in the first 3 months, I will walk with you as you implement changes in real time. This includes things like planning, research, and sometimes trial, error, and tweaking as we move closer to you living as the person you want to be.
The Cultivator and Incubator include 60-minute weekly sessions (four per month) plus email/text interactions between sessions for quick feedback as you implement changes.
Individual Sessions: 1 or 5-session package. In these sessions, we’ll discuss whatever you bring to the table that day. Using tools and mindset shifts, you’ll learn to feel and portray greater confidence, and perform your best in situations that challenge you.
